CNUE – Council of the Notaries of the European Union

CNUE’s aim is to strengthen professional links between its members and harmonise their policies with the common mission to help providing a safe legal European area for natural and legal entities.

CCEN – The Cooperation of Central European Civil Law Notaries

The Chamber of Notaries of Slovenia is a member of the Cooperation of Central European Civil Law Notaries that was established by the Chambers of Civil Law Notaries of Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia in 1998.

The Chamber of Notaries of Slovenia holds the presidency of the Cooperation of Central European Civil Law Notaries in 2010.

The European Network of Registers of Wills Association

The general objective of the European Network of Registers of Wills Association is to contribute to the creation of the European judicial area for citizens in the field of successions.

ENN – European Notarial Network

The EEN’s purpose is to facilitate notaries with practical legal questions with a cross-border element. Notaries can send a written request to their national interlocutor, who will then deal with the request immediately or decide to contact a foreign interlocutor from one of partner organisations.

Directory of the Notaries in the European Union

The Chamber of Notaries of Slovenia is the developer of an international project aimed at establishing the directory of the notaries of the European Union in 24 languages of countries with the Latin-type notariats. The project is also participated by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Slovenia, CNUE (Council of the Notaries of the European Union) and German and Austrian notarial chambers. The project is one of the priority tasks of the European Commission in the area of ‘e-justice’, the application will be implemented in the EU e-justice portal.
